Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your DreamDay Looks account and associated data using either method below. If you only want to remove the looks you have created, you can do that without deleting your account: Account → Delete all my looks, or open any single look and tap Delete this look.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
Open DreamDay Looks → tap the account icon at the top-right of the home screen → Delete account → confirm.
Your account and sign-in are removed immediately. (If asked to sign in again first, do so and repeat — a security step for older sessions.)
Option 2 — By email
Email admin@dreamdaylooks.com with the subject "Delete my account", sent from or quoting your registered mobile number. We will verify and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept

| Your saved looks (the images we generated) | Deleted immediately, along with their scores and styling notes. Anything you already saved to your own phone stays on your phone — we cannot reach it. |

| Anti-abuse code derived from your number, plus how many looks it has used | Kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically. This is the only thing that outlives your account. It is a one-way code — we cannot read your number back out of it — and it exists solely so that free looks, which cost us real money, cannot be reset by deleting an account and signing up again on the same number. It is never used for marketing, profiling or advertising, and is not shared with anyone. |
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you sign up again on the same number within those 30 days, your free-look count carries over rather than resetting; after 30 days you start fresh.
