1. What DreamDay Looks does

DreamDay Looks uses generative AI (Google Gemini) to produce synthetic images of you on a special occasion — a wedding, birthday, graduation, festival or prom — based on the selfie and optional outfit photo you upload. The output is AI-generated and is NOT a real photograph of you or any other person.

2. Your responsibilities for what you upload

By uploading any image, you confirm that:

• You took the photo yourself, own the copyright, or have explicit permission from every identifiable person in it (and from the copyright holder of any outfit reference) to upload it and generate AI images from it.
• You are not uploading photos of minors, deceased persons, public figures, or anyone who has not personally consented.
• You will not upload images that are nude, sexually suggestive, depict violence, contain weapons, promote hate, or violate any law or third-party right.
• You understand uploaded photos and generated images are processed by Google's Gemini API in addition to our servers, and you consent to that.

You — not DreamDay Looks — are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to every image you upload and every generated image you download or share.

3. AI-generated content disclaimer

Generated images are synthetic representations, not real photographs. Faces, outfits, jewellery, hair, accessories and backgrounds may differ from reality and may contain artifacts or inaccuracies. The "look score" is an AI opinion for fun and inspiration only, not professional advice.

4. How you may and may not use generated images

You MAY use generated images for personal styling and inspiration; sharing privately with family, friends, planners or stylists; and posting on social media, provided you make clear the image is AI-generated.

You MAY NOT use them to mislead anyone into believing the image is a real, unaltered photograph; impersonate, defame, harass or sexually objectify any person; generate or distribute deepfakes for political, commercial, fraudulent or harmful purposes; submit as evidence in any legal, identification, immigration or insurance proceeding; or train any other AI model.

5. Content moderation — best effort, not guarantee

The app uses pre-generation safety checks and relies on Google Gemini's safety filters to refuse prohibited content. These are best-effort and do not guarantee every prohibited generation is blocked. If you encounter content that violates these terms, stop using it and notify us. We may suspend or terminate any account that uploads or generates prohibited content, without refund.

6. Misuse — DreamDay Looks is not responsible

We provide the tool; you are responsible for what you generate, download, share or publish. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanshikara and its founders, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers disclaim all liability for damages arising from your misuse of the service, your distribution of generated images, any third party's re-use of images you shared, or any claim that a generated image infringes a third party's rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss or legal cost arising from your upload of unauthorized images, your distribution of generated images, or your violation of these terms.

7. Privacy and data handling

Uploaded images are sent to Google Gemini for processing. We do not archive copies of your uploaded selfies or outfit photos beyond the duration of the request. The looks we generate for you are saved privately to your account, with their look score and styling notes, so you can return to them; you can delete any look, all of them, or your whole account, and deleting your account removes every saved look immediately. We log basic usage metadata (timestamps, generation counts) for quota enforcement and product improvement, stored against a one-way code derived from your mobile number rather than the number itself. Your account is managed by Firebase Authentication; we never see or store your OTP. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Fair use of free looks

Each generated look costs us real money, so free looks are limited per person rather than per account. When you delete your account we keep a one-way code derived from your mobile number — plus how many looks it has used — for 30 days, then delete it automatically; we cannot recover your number from that code. So if you delete your account and sign up again on the same number within 30 days, your free-look count carries over instead of resetting. It is the only data that outlives your account, is never used for marketing, profiling or advertising, and is not shared. Attempting to circumvent quotas — including by automating account creation, or using the service through anything other than the official app — is a breach of these terms and may result in your access being revoked.

9. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload; by uploading you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process them solely to generate the output you requested. Subject to your compliance, you may use the generated images for the personal purposes in Section 4. The copyright status of AI-generated content varies by jurisdiction — we make no warranty you can register or commercially license any generated image. The DreamDay Looks name, logo, prompts, model and software remain the property of Vanshikara.

10. Service availability and changes

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" with no uptime SLA. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, and may impose or change generation quotas. Beta features may change or be removed without notice.

11. Account access and termination

We may revoke your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms, abuse, fraud or instructions from authorities. Upon revocation your right to use the service ends immediately; your data may be retained as required by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

13. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms; the version and "last updated" date will change, and material changes will be surfaced in the app on next sign-in. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
